I honestly cannot believe the train-wreck that is the Canadian election right now. I want to describe what it is looking like so far from my vantage point of empire collapse. We’re only a few weeks into the election and it is already a huge dumpster fire, marked by tons of scandals mostly on Mark Carney’s part. I barely have space to write about Pollievre because of it, but for the record, my criticism of Carney does not equate to Pollievre endorsement. I don’t support Zionists who support the terrorist state of Israel or anyone who will drag us into war with Iran. Carney has thus far avoided talking about Palestine, but this avoidance as well as his very few statements made about Israel indicate he will support the Zionist status quo. Now for the rest of the Carney chaos:
Carney’s suspicious installation as Prime Minister
Despite being technically Prime Minister, Mark Carney has never been elected to public office by the Canadian people. Liberals will attack you for saying this, because you vote for a Member of Parliament in your riding in Canada rather than the Prime Minister directly. But the claim nevertheless stands, because Carney came out of nowhere and has never held office before. As well, the Liberals were polling so poorly at the end of December that Trudeau and Freeland both had to resign. Thus the party that selected Carney as our leader does not currently reflect Canadian wishes.
Also concerning is that during the bid for Carney’s leadership to replace Trudeau, other competition for Liberal leadership was conveniently cast aside for Carney to slide into a potentially “easy riding” and right into the role of Prime Minister. Member of Parliament Ruby Dhalla, who was running against Carney for the leadership bid, was disqualified from the race reportedly due to multiple alleged violations of party and election rules. Dhalla disputed this, claiming the party just wanted to “coronate Carney.” Carney also chose to run an Ontario riding called Nepean, which has been held by MP Chandra Arya for the last decade. Arya was running for leadership too, but the Liberal party revoked his nomination without providing a reason. So, another L for democracy, I guess.
Mark Carney advocated for Trudeau to invoke the Emergency Act in 2022
My very first clue to my Awakening—though I did not think of it in these terms back then—was with the Freedom Convoy trucker protest in February 2022, when Conservative (right of centre) protestors blocked off routes in Ottawa to express their dissent with Covid vaccines and mandated pandemic regulations. My Awakening began with the feeling that there was something deeply wrong with the way the convoy was being treated. In order to stop the protest, Trudeau enacted the Emergencies Act, which suspended the truckers’ civil liberties by freezing their bank accounts.
Though I do not identify as “conservative,” I knew that in real democracies, we support the right of our fellow countrymen to peaceful protest regardless of the opinion. I saw no evidence of violence, just people frustrated with pandemic measures. Their argument—that they had had enough of the restrictions—was a valid opinion, regardless of whether you agreed with them. The restrictions and mandates did in fact create undeniable social, economic, and developmental problems that were viewed by the government as not as important as the virus itself.
But the Liberal government punished the protestors excessively, fear-mongering in the media and invoking the Emergencies Act that had never been used before in Canadian history. The Act was charged in court, arguing that the use was unconstitutional and disproportionate because the protests did not constitute a national emergency. The Ontario Superior Court of Justice eventually upheld Trudeau’s decision, but the Court of Appeal still expressed concern that the civil liberties of Canadians had been violated.
This ties into Mark Carney because he advocated for Justin Trudeau to do this. In an article with fear-mongering rhetoric written in the Globe & Mail in 2022, Carney demonized the protestors, accusing them of committing “sedition” and “anarchy.” He called the protestors “calculated,” and advocated for “choking off the money that financed the occupation.”
So Mark Carney, who has also been Trudeau’s economic advisor for the past five years, is responsible for my very first clue in my Awakening. It is also indicative of Carney’s close ties to the previous Liberal party, which begs the question of why we are meant to interpret him as any different.
Carney was heckled about Ghislaine Maxwell on the campaign trail
For those that aren’t aware, Mark Carney and his wife have been photographed with Ghislaine Maxwell, the pedophilic sex trafficker whose father Robert Maxwell was likely a Mossad agent. If you mention this, you’re called “divisive” and a conspiracy theorist. But the photos do exist, and they are admittedly intriguing given Carney also has a connection to Prince Andrew, who has an Epstein connection too and whose alleged victim Virginia Giuffre has been in the news lately. And my apologies for “spreading misinformation” but there is actually evidence of connections between Carney’s family and the Maxwells.
Anyway, this is the first time during a Canadian election I have ever heard someone directly heckle a candidate for Prime Minister about alleged child molestation.
Carney’s Connections to Global Elites, China, & Davos
There are tons of accusations of foreign interference during this election. CSIS (Canada’s FBI equivalent) has accused India of interfering with Pollievre’s leadership bid for the Conservatives while Carney has significant ties to Davos, the World Economic Forum, and China. Whenever I hear any criticism of BRICS countries coming from Western institutions, I typically hold it with a grain of salt as I’m working to de-propagandize myself and approach accusations against foreign countries with caution. But while CSIS has not provided enough convincing evidence for me to back up their claim about Chinese interference, there is plenty of evidence that Carney is a Davos elitist who will likely prioritize global initiatives over the wellbeing of Canada. Connections to the World Economic Forum should be a red flag for anyone living in a Western country. Mark Carney also wants to erode national sovereignty in the developing world by transforming the global financial system which are the kind of initiatives that tend to get backed within these global organizations.
As I wrote about in my last essay, I also want to note that while the Liberals and Conservatives are attacking each other about India and China, they are both suspiciously but unsurprisingly quiet about foreign interference from Israel. When one is like this it is indicative to me that they are not being an honest player working for what is best for Canada.
Ongoing Elbows Up Cringe
For those that aren’t aware of this psyop/campaign tactic, the ruling Liberal Party is leaning into anti-Trumpism and nationalism to distract from the massive economic decline Canada has been experiencing prior to Trump’s win. They are using the hockey slogan “Elbows Up” as propaganda to encourage “positivity only” vibes and imply that if you’re not being positive right now, you’re not standing up against Trump or caring about your country. This is done to make you forget Canada has been in rough shape for some time and deflect all blame. Here’s the video, where Carney tries to argue that despite living in England and Switzerland for ages, he’s still super Canadian.
The reason this video annoys people that are not propagandized by CBC is because Canadians who run for Prime Minister but consistently live elsewhere are typically seen as untrustworthy here because they don’t see Canada as a place that is otherwise worth investing in. Michael Ignatieff for example was an American-Canadian who ran for Prime Minister with the Liberal party in 2011. He lost, and then promptly moved back to America that same year.
Carney has demonstrated that he identifies as European. His own company, Brookfield Asset Management, also moved its headquarters to New York instead of keeping it in Toronto, indicating he didn’t even think Canada’s policies work well for his own company.
Are we fucked, and was Canada ever sovereign?
I haven’t even gotten through all of the election scandals, which include a refusal of Carney to disclose his business assets, more concerns about Brookfield, and the accusation towards Carney that he plagiarised his doctoral thesis. And Pollievre, as I’ve mentioned is a Zionist asshole who promotes violence against Palestinians and has been labelled a “yapping Zionist chihuahua,” so I honestly don’t even need to hear much more from him.
And now we have Trump’s tariffs. Globalism. Authoritarianism. Nazis and Zionazis in our government. Since I have been a kid, young generations have frequently been criticized for not voting in elections. So again, the people get blamed when it is the system that is set up to be shit.
I still do believe that after all of the darkness, there will be hope again for my country. I have heard ideas floated for example about a Canadian Republic, to free us from both the influence of America and Britain. But things are currently looking very depressing, and I can’t wait until this election is over.
